  Drink driving became illegal in the UK in This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Road Safety Bill that introduced a legal alcohol limit for UK drivers. In celebration of our government’s attempts to make our roads safer we thought we’d put together a run-down of the important changes and laws that were put in place to make our. The Motor Vehicles Act is an Act of the Parliament of India which regulates all aspects of road transport vehicles. The Act provides in detail the legislative provisions regarding licensing of drivers/conductors, registration of motor vehicles, control of motor vehicles through permits, special provisions relating to state transport undertakings, traffic regulation, insurance, liability.
